摘要
目的 探讨B族链球菌 (GBS)对十二种常用抗生素的敏感性 ,以指导临床用药。方法采用K B法测定 117株GBS菌对 12种抗生素的敏感性。结果 所有GBS菌对青霉素和氨苄青霉素敏感或中度敏感 ,对头孢霉素类及阿莫西林 /棒酸 ,苯唑青霉素均敏感 ;红霉素 ,庆大霉素 ,克林霉素耐药率分别为 8 5 % ,12 0 % ,2 0 5 % ;对丁胺卡那的耐药率为 90 6 %。结论 青霉素 ,氨苄青霉素 ,阿莫西林 /棒酸可作为治疗GBS感染首选药物 ;头孢霉素类抗生素可作为二线的选择药物。实验室常规准确报告GBS敏感性结果对指导临床医师合理选择抗生素治疗GBS感染具有重要意义 ,加强抗生素对GBS菌株连续药敏监测 ,了解耐药变迁 。
Objective To determine the antibiotic susceptibility profile of agalactiae(GBS) isolates and to guide the clinical selection of antibiotics to treat GBS infections Methods The susceptibility profiles of 117 strains of GBS isolated from 1996 to 1999 at Beijing Obstetric & Gynecology Hospital were studied The susceptibility was assessed by disc agar diffusion The twelve antibiotics were cephazolin, cefuroxime, cefoperazone, cepharadine, amoxicillin/clavulanic acid, penicillin G, ampicillin, oxacillin, erythromycin, gentamycin, amikacin and clindamycin Results All the isolates were susceptible or moderately susceptible to penicillin G and ampicillin; all of them were also susceptible to cephazolin, cefuroxime, cefoperazone and amoxacinllin/clavulanic acid Ten (8 5%), 14 (12 0%) and 24 isolates (20 5%) were resistant to erythromycin, gentamycin, and clindamycin, respectively; 106 (90 6%) were resistant to amikacin Conclusion Complete susceptibility of GBS to the members of the penicillin family and cephalosporin derivatives supports the selection of penicillin G,ampicillin and amoxacillin/clavulanic acid as the first choice of antimicrobial agents in treatment of GBS infection; Cephalosporin derivatives may be an alternatives Routine reports on GBS susceptibilities by clinical laboratories and continuous surveillance for changes in the susceptibility are of considerable clinical importance
