消癣汤内服加外敷治疗局限性神经性皮炎随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察消癣汤内服加外敷治疗局限性神经性皮炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行平行方法,将80例门诊患者按就诊顺序编号方法随机分为两组,治疗期间停用其他治疗,禁食辛辣,避免搔抓。对照组40例扑尔敏8mg/次,3次/d,皮损外涂去炎松尿素软膏,3次/d。治疗组40例消癣汤(乌蛇、丹皮各9g,生地15g,当归12g,赤芍9g,白藓皮15g,蛇床子9g,当归8g,厚朴9g,陈皮6g,甘草9g)水煎150mL,分2次服内服;外敷中药洗剂(荆芥、白藓皮、大黄、大枫子、苦参各30g,枯矾20g)水煎适量外敷患处。连续治疗20d为1疗程。观测临床症状、皮疹、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。随访60d,观测复发情况。[结果]治疗组痊愈12例,显效19例,有效8例,无效1例,总有效率97.50%。对照组痊愈3例,显效10例,有效17例,无效10例,总有效率75.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。随访60d,治疗组3例复发,比发病时减轻,治疗有效;对照组复发8例,复发率治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]消癣汤内服加外敷治疗局限性神经性皮炎,疗效满意,无副作用,复发率低,值得推广。

Continuous treatment of 20 d 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, skin rashes, adverse reactions. Continuous treatment 2 period of treatment, judge curative effect. Follow-up of 60 d （ time and the number of cases, observation items, indicators, outcome when the result will change ） . [ Result ] The treatment group 12 cases cured, 19 cases were markedly effective, effective 8 cases, 1 had no effect, total effective rate was 97.50%. The control group recovered in 3 cases, 10 cases had marked effect, 17 cases effective, 10 had no effect, the total effective rate was 75.00%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ）. The recurrence rate in treatment group is lower than the control group （ P〈0.05 ）. [ Conclusion ] Away tinea soup limitations are topical treatment of neurodermatitis and satisfactory curative effect, no side effect, the recurrence rate is low, is worth promoting.
