益气养阴活血汤联合西药治疗舒张性心力衰竭(气阴两虚兼血瘀)随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察益气养阴活血汤联合西药治疗舒张性心力衰竭(气阴两虚兼血瘀证)疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将160例门诊患者按随机数字表随机分为两组,对照组78例咪达普利,5mg/次,1次/d;比索洛尔,2.5mg/次,1次/d;螺内酯,20mg/次,1次/d;硝酸异山梨酯,10mg/次,3次/d。治疗组82例益气养阴活血汤(玄参15g,麦冬20g,生地、黄芪各15g,当归10g,川芎20g,赤芍、红花、丹参、党参各15g),1剂/d,水煎150mL,早中晚口服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效44例,有效25例,无效13例,总有效率84.15%。对照组显效36例,有效22例,无效20例,总有效率74.36%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]益气养阴活血汤联合西药治疗舒张性心力衰竭(气阴两虚兼血瘀证),疗效满意,无副作用,值得推广。
