降氮排毒方灌肠与黄芪注射液联合西医综合疗法治疗慢性肾功能衰竭42例临床观察

Jiangan Paidu Fang and Huangqi Injection combined with Western Medicine Comprehensive Therapy of Chronic Renal Failure 42 Cases Clinical Observation

[目的]观察降氮排毒方灌肠与黄芪注射液联合西医综合疗法治疗慢性肾功能衰竭疗效。[方法]对42例住院患者综合治疗（限制蛋白质摄入，抗凝，抗血小板聚集，降压利尿，纠正水、电解质紊乱及代谢性酸中毒等）。降氮排毒方（大黄、龙骨、生牡蛎、蒲公英、丹参各30g，熟附子15g），水煎300mL，待温度降至35～40℃时，保留灌肠，2次／d。黄芪注射液20mL＋200mL5％葡萄糖／0．9％氯化纳，2次／d，静滴。连续治疗2周为1疗程。观测临床症状、血肌酐、血尿素氮、不良反应。连续治疗6疗程，判定疗效。[结果]显效14例，有效20例，无效8例，总效率80．95％。[结论]降氮排毒方灌肠与黄芪注射液联合西医综合疗法治疗慢性肾功能衰竭效果良好。

[ Methods ] 42 cases of hospitalized patients with limiting protein intake, anticoagulant, antiplatelet, antihypertensive diuretic, correcting water, electrolyte imbalance and metabolic acidosis, corrected calcium, phosphorus and other comprehensive treatment of metabolic disorders. Jiangan Paidu Fang （ Dahuang, Longgu, Shengmuli, Danshen, each 30g, cooked Fuzi 15g ）, decoction 300mL, the temperature dropped to 35 -40 ℃, retention enema, 2 dose / day. Astragalus injection 20mL＋200mL5% glucose/0.9% sodium chloride intravenous infusion. Continuous treatment one month course of treatment. Observing clinical symptoms of adverse reactions. 6 courses of continuous treatment to determine efficacy. [ Results ] 14 cases markedly effective in 20 cases, 8 cases, the total efficiency of 80.95%. [ Conclusion ] Jiangan Paidu Fang and Huangqi injection combined with Western medicine comprehensive therapy efficacy in chronic renal failure with good results.
