中药内服、外敷治疗急性腰扭伤33例临床观察

The Efficacy of Chinese Herbal Medicine both Orally Taken and Externally Applied in 33 Cases about Treating Acute Lumbar Sprain

[目的]观察中药内服、外敷治疗急性腰扭伤疗效。[方法]使用前瞻性设计，对33例住院及门诊患者使用①内服：2三七片，1．2～3．6g／次，3次／d；腰痛宁胶囊，1．2～1．8g／次，1次／d。②外敷（扼子60g，大黄、三七、玄明粉各10g），粉碎，装袋封口，放置50°白酒中浸泡1d，取出控干，敷在患部，固定，24h／次。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、脊柱活动、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程，判定疗效。[结果]痊愈21例，有效11例，无效1例，总有效率97．00％。[结论]中药内服、外敷治疗急性腰扭伤，疗效满意，无副作用，值得推广。

[ Objective ] To observe the efficacy of Chinese herbal medicine both orally taken and externally applied in acute lumbar sprain. [ Methods ] Using a prospective research, 33 cases were applied with ①）Oral taking： Sanqi tablets 1.2-3.6g/time, ltime/d.② external applying （ Ezi 60g, Rheum officinale, Sanqi tablets, Glauber-salt and Liquorice 10g ） . Seal them in a pocket after smashed, then dipped in the alcohol of 50 degree ltime/ d. Taken off from the alcohol and drained well. Fixed and Applied on affected part. 24h/time. In order to evaluate the efficacy by Observing the clinical symptoms, Spinal column activities and adverse reactions, Continuous treatment of 7 d is applied as 1 course. [Results ] 21 cases were cured, improved in 11 cases, only 1 case no effect, the total efficiency of 97.00%. [ Conclusion ] The effect of Chinese herbal medicine both orally taken and externally applied in treating acute lumbar sprain is remarkable with no side-effect, worthy of promotion.
