循经指针推拿联合常规推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察循经指针推拿联合常规推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法，将208例门诊患者按随机数字表分为两组，对照组104例常规推拿，1次／d，30min／次。治疗组104例循经指针推拿：①足太阳膀胱经：一指禅法弹披风门穴（多可触及痛性结节）、昆仑3～5min。②手阳明大肠经：用拇指指腹之前部按压巨骨、肩髑、曲池、温溜、阳溪、合谷诸穴3～5min；按压片刻后放松，然后再按压，反复按压时可配合局部揉压动作，肩部捋筋同时偏向外展位牵拉2次，沿手阳明大肠经循行线施以滚法3～5min，拔伸食指、中指。③手太阳小肠经：拇指指腹之前部按压肩外俞、肩贞、小海、支正、养老、阳谷、腕骨、后溪等3～5min，肩部捋筋同时向患者前方牵拉2次，沿手太阳经循行线施以滚法3～5min，拔伸无名指、小指。1次／d，30min／次；常规推拿同对照组。连续治疗2周为1疗程。观测临床症状、脊柱颈段活动度、不良反应。治疗l疗程，判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效36例，有效66例，无效2例，总有效率98．08％；对照组显效24例，有效71例，无效9例，总有效率91．39％。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0．05）。[结论]循经指针推拿联合常规推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病，疗效满意，无副作用，值得推广。
