辨证分型治疗慢性胃炎随机平行对照研究

Type Differentiation and Treatment of Chronic Gastritis Random Parallel Control Study

[目的]观察辨证分型治疗慢性胃炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将68例门诊患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组34例阿托品,0.3mg/次,1次/d。复方胃舒平片,0.4mg/次,3次/d。氢氧化铝胶液,10mL/次,3次/d。治疗组34例辨证分型治疗。脾胃虚弱,和胃健脾方(茯苓、白术各15g,半夏、当归、木香、陈皮各10g,炙甘草9g,砂仁6g)。肝胃不和,治以舒肝理气,和胃止痛方(白芍20g,延胡索15g,香附、枳壳、旋覆花各12g,川楝子、佛手、陈皮、木香各10g,甘草6g)。脾胃湿热,健脾化湿方(蒲公英30g,薏仁20g,苍术、茯苓、厚朴各15g,黄芪、陈皮、藿香各12g,黄连、石菖蒲、半夏各10g)。均1剂/d,水煎150mL,3次口服。连续治疗13d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效18例,有效15例,无效1例,总有效率97.06%。对照组显效11例,有效13例,无效10例,总有效率70.59%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]辨证分型治疗慢性胃炎效果显著,无副作用,值得推广。

Liver stomach, treat with comfortable liver-qi, and stomach pain （ Baishao 20g, Yanhusuol5g, Xiangfu, Zhike, Xuanfuhua 12g, Chuanjizi, Foshou, Chenpi, Muxiang 10g, Gancao 6g ） . Spleen and stomach syndrome to spleen wet side （ Pugongying 30g, Yiren 20g, Cangshu, Fuling, Houpu each 15g, Huangqi, Chenpi, Huoxiang every 12g, Huanglian, Shichangpu, Banxia 10g ） . l/d, Fried 150 ml water, three times. Treatment of 13 consecutive d 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. Continuous therapy treatment 2, judge curative effect. [ Results ] The treatment group 18 eases were markedly effective, effective 15 cases, 1 had no effect, total effective rate was 97.06%. 13 cases of control group in 11 cases were markedly effective, effective, invalid 10 cases, total effective rate was 70.59%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] The treatment of chronic gastritis, less adverse reactions, worthy of promotion of use.
