独活寄生汤加味治疗强直性脊柱炎41例临床观察

Duhuojisheng Decoction In The Treatment of 41 Cases of Ankylosing Spondylitis.

[目的]观察独活寄生汤加味治疗强直性脊柱炎疗效。[方法]对41名住院和门诊患者使用独活寄生汤加味(细辛3g,肉桂、甘草各6g,人参、川芎各10g,防风12g,川牛膝、秦艽、杜仲、当归、白芍、狗脊、忍冬藤、络石藤各15g,独活、桑寄生、茯苓各20g,熟地黄30g),水煎服,1剂/d,2次/d。连续治疗1个月为1疗程。观测临床症状、晨僵时间、疼痛程度、夜间疼痛时间、枕墙距、指地距、胸廓扩展度、Schober征、Patrick试验、血沉(ESR),C-反应蛋白(CRP),血、尿常规,肝肾功能、不良反应。连续治疗4疗程,判定疗效。[结果]显效22例,有效10例,无效9例,总有效率78.05%。[结论]独活寄生汤加减治疗强直性脊柱炎效果良好,值得推广。

[ Objective ] Duhuojisheng decoction treatment of ankylosing spondylitis. [ Method ] There are 41 inpatients and outpatients use Duhuojisheng decoction （ Xixin 3g, Rougui ,Gancao all 6g, Renshen ,Chuanxiong all 10g,Fangfeng 12g, Niuxi,Qinjiao,Duzhong, Danggui,Baishao,Gouji,Rendongteng,Luoshiteng all 15g,Duhuo ,Sangjisheng ,Fuling all 20g,Shudi 30g, white peony root, Woodwardia , honeysuckle , contact Ishido the 15g, independent living, mistletoe each 20g, Poria 20g, Rehmannia 30g）, decoction , 1]i/d, 2 times/ d. Continuous treatment one month course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms , duration of morning stiffness , pain , night pain time , occipital wall distance refers to distance, chest expansion degree , Sehober levy , Patrick test , erythrocyte sedimentation rate （ESR）, C- reactive protein （CRP）, blood, urine routine , liver and kidney function , adverse reactions. 4 continuous treatment regimen , determine the efficacy. [ Results ] 22 cases markedly ,effictive in 10 cases ,invalid in c9 cases , the total efficiency of 78.05%. [ Conclusion ] Duhuojisheng decoction treating ankylosing spondylitis good effect.It sould be introduced.
