通腑汤对腹部术后大鼠血浆胃动素影响随机平行对照研究

Tongfu Decoction on Random Effects on Plasma Motilin in Rats After Abdominal Operation in Parallel

[目的]观察通腑汤对腹部术后大鼠血浆胃动素影响。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将40只清洁级wistar大鼠编号按随机数字表分为四组;空白对照组、模型组、通腑汤组、多潘立酮组,10只/组。结肠吻合模型复制,术前禁食禁水12h,20%氨基甲酸乙酯按0.5mL/kg行腹腔注射麻醉。仰卧位固定,常规备皮、消毒、铺无菌巾,于下腹部正中逐层入腹,切口长约2cm,寻找到大鼠盲肠远端2cm处结肠,切断后行原位缝合(一层缝合法),使用连续缝合法缝合腹膜及肌层,再间断缝合法缝合大鼠皮肤。空白对照组:温水4.5mL/kg灌胃;其他三组手术当天禁食禁水,术后第1、2天流质饮食。模型组:温水4.5mL/kg灌胃。通腑汤组:通腑汤0.72g/mL,4.5mL/kg,灌胃。多潘立酮组:多潘立酮悬浊液0.2mg/mL,4.5mL/kg 1次/d,连续灌胃3d。观测大鼠血浆胃动素变化。[结果]血浆胃动素各干预组均明显高于空白对照组、模型组(P<0.01)。[结论]通腑汤能提高腹部术后大鼠血浆胃动素含量,促进术后胃肠功能恢复。

[ Objective ] To observe the effects of Tongfu Decoction on plasma motilin in rats after abdominal operation. [ Method ] Using randomized controlled methods, 40 male Wistar rats of clean grade number were randomly divided into four groups; blank control group, model group, Tongfu Decoction group, domperidone group, 10 rats / group. Colonic anastomosis model copy, preoperative fasting 12h, 20% urethane anesthetized by intraperitoneal injection with 0.5mL/kg. Fixed in supine position, normal skin preparation, sterilization, sterile towel, on the lower middle abdominal layer into the abdomen, incision about 2cm long, find the rat caecal 2cm distal colon, cut after orthotopic suture （ one layer suture ）, using a continuous suture of peritoneum and muscle layer, then suture the skin lawful suture rats. Blank control group： 4.5mL/kg warm water gavage; the other three groups of operation the day of fasting, after first, 2 clays of liquid diet. Model group： 4.5mL/kg of water by gavage. Tongfu Decoction group： Tongfu Decoction on 0.72g/mL, 4.5mL/kg, ig. Domperidone domperidone suspension group ： 0.2mg/mL, 4.5mL/kg 1 /d, continuous intragastric 3D. Plasma motilin level in rats to observe the changing. [ Results ] The plasma motilin in each intervention group were significantly higher than those in the blank control group, model group （ P〈 0.01 ） . [ Conclusion ] Tongfu decoction can improve the plasma motilin content in rats after abdominal surgery, postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery.
