旋覆代赭汤联合西药治疗呃逆随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察旋覆代赭汤联合西药治疗呃逆疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将50例住院患者按抽签法随机分为两组。清淡饮食,禁食生冷辛辣,保持精神舒张,不进行情绪剧烈波动运动。对照组25例常规西医治疗。治疗组25例旋覆代赭汤(代赭石30g,党参25g,旋覆花20g,甘草15g,半夏、大枣、生姜各10g;脾胃虚寒加吴茱萸15g,白术20g;胃脘不舒加丁香、柿蒂各15g,胃火上逆加沙参、麦冬各20g,竹叶、生石膏各15g;肝郁气滞加枳壳、沉香各15g),1剂/d,水煎120mL,早晚口服。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、证候评分、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈19例,显效4例,有效1例,无效1例,总有效率92.00%。对照组痊愈10例,显效5例,有效8例,无效2例,总有效率60.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。证候评分两组均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]旋覆代赭汤联合西药治疗呃逆效果显著,值得推广。
