摘要
糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)西医以控制血糖和眼底视网膜激光光凝为主,可归属"内障"、"视瞻昏渺"、"暴盲"。本于阴虚燥热,脉络失养,本虚标实。中医临证,以人为本,谨守病机,辨证论治,标本谦顾,临床效果良好。
