辨证论治消化性溃疡66例临床观察

[目的]观察辨证论治消化性溃疡疗效。[方法]对66例门诊患者辨证论治。肝胃不和,胃脘胀痛、善太息、胃气上逆嗳气、泛酸、情绪不稳定、急躁易怒、舌脉表现肝胃不和、脾胃钠差,柴胡疏肝散(柴胡、川芎、枳实、香附、陈皮、厚朴各10g,白芍、半夏各6g,甘草5g);脾胃虚寒,胃脘疼痛、纳差、喜食热饮、舌质淡、苔白润,脉细,黄氏健中汤(黄芪30g,白芍20g,桂枝15g,生姜10g,大枣20g,甘草10g);胃阴不足,胃脘隐痛或灼痛、饥不欲食、口干、大便干燥、舌红少苔、脉细,益胃汤(北沙参、麦冬、生地各15g,玉竹5g,冰糖15g);脾虚血瘀,胃脘刺痛、可见呕血或黑便、舌质暗紫、脉弦或涩,丹参饮合失笑散(蒲黄炒10g,五灵脂、丹参、檀香各15g,砂仁6g,枳壳20g,丹参、云茯苓、甘草各12g);以上各方1剂/d,水煎取汁300mL,早晚温服。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]痊愈40例,显效15例,有效8例,无效3例,总有效率95.45%。[结论]辨证论治消化性溃疡效果显著,值得推广。

Continuous treatment with 14d for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms, adverse reaction. Continuous 2 courses of treatment, the curative effect. [ Results ] 40 cases were cured, 15 cases markedly effective, 8 cases, 3 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 95.45%. [ Conclusion ] On the treatment of peptic ulcer syndrome differentiation effect is significant, worthy of promotion.
