长圆针解结太白次治疗足拇外翻30例临床观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment of 30 Hallux Valgus Cases with Long-round Needle Acupuncture

[目的]观察长圆针解结太白次治疗足拇外翻疗效。[方法]使用前瞻性设计方法,对30例住院患者①取穴太白次,龙胆紫逐一标记,②常规皮肤消毒,用0.5%利多卡因依次浸润麻醉各点,③用斜刃长圆针解结每个病灶点,松解周边粘连。观测临床症状、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]痊愈22例,显效8例,无效0例,总有效率100%。[结论]用长圆针解结太白次治疗足拇外翻,创伤小,疗效确切,适宜推广。

[ Objective ] To objective the clinical effect on hallux valgus with Long-round needle unhitch the Tai-Bai-Ci acupoints. [ Methods ] Using the prospective design method, 30cases of hospitalized patients （ 1 ） acupoints selection Tai-Bai-Ci, marked each point with gentian violet, （ 2 ） regular skin disinfection, with 0.5% lidocaine infiltrating anesthesia at various points in turn, （ 3 ） using Long-round needle unhitched every point, release the surrounding adhesion. Continuous treatment of 7 d for 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. As a course treatment, judge curative effect. [ Result ] The treatment group 22 cases were markedly effective, 8 cases effective, 0 no effect, the total effective rate was 100%. [ Conclusion ]The patients＇ clinical effect of hallux valgus treatment with Long-round needle acupuncture the Tai-Bai-Ci acnpoints was significant, minor harm and worth promoting.
