摘要 非药物疗法已逐渐成为防治高血压病的重要手段。运动疗法是防治高血压有效手段,可有效地协助降低血压、调整神经系统功能、改善血液循环、提高体力活动能力和生活质量;运动医学领域,治疗高血压采用的运动方式主要是有氧运动和力量训练。运动疗法对早期初发高血压具有明显降压效果,对高血压高危因素如血糖、血脂和胆固醇等也有明显降低作用。运动疗法包含传统养生功法,如太极拳、八段锦、五禽戏和易筋经等,均系我国传统医学重要组成部分,具有独特医疗保健作用,也具有较为可靠降低血压作用。单一传统养生功法作为辅助疗法治疗高血压病即可获得良好功效,多种养生功法组合练习防治高血压效果更佳,主要有八段锦与24式简化太极拳、易筋经与杨式太极拳、五禽戏与42式太极拳、太极拳站桩功与太极拳。 Non-drug therapy has become an important means of prevention and treatment of hypertension. Exercise therapy is an effective means of prevention and treatment of high blood pressure, which can effectively help lower blood pressure, adjust the nervous system function, improve blood circulation, increase physical activity and quality of life ; The sports mode of treat hypertension mainly used aerobic exercise and strength training in sports medicine. Exercise therapy for early onset hypertension has significant antihypertensive effect, also to risk factors such as blood sugar, blood lipids and cholesterol. Exercise therapy includes traditional health exercises, such as Taijiquan, Baduanjin, Wuqinxi and Yijinjing, which are in an important part of traditional Chinese medicine, has a unique role in health care and a more reliable effect for lowering blood pressure. Single traditional health exercises can get a good effect as an adjunct therapy for hypertension. A combination of a variety of health exercises has better effect for prevention and treatment hypertension, there are Baduanjin and 24 simplified Taijiquan, Yijinjing and Yang Taijiquan, Wuqinxi and 42 Taijiquan, Taijiquan and Taijiquan static stance.
