临床护士亚健康状态与中医体质类型的调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of Clinical Nursing Sub-health State and the Type of TCM Constitution

[目的]调查分析护士亚健康状况与中医体质类型关系。[方法]采用《中医体质分类与判断表》和《亚健康状态躯体症状自评量表》东莞市中医院体检中心接受体检的全院各临床科室护士进行问卷调查,包括年龄、性别、身高、体重、婚姻、民族、籍贯、科室;习惯与嗜好:饮食习惯、睡眠习惯、运动习惯、个人嗜好;既往史、过敏史、最近1周身体状况。问卷当场发放并及时回收。[结果]健康人群中平和体质占57.10%;偏颇体质占42.90%。亚健康人群中平和体质占13.80%;偏颇体质占86.20%。疾病患者中,平和体质占26.50%;偏颇体质占73.50%。[结论]健康护理人员多为平和体质,亚健康人群和疾病人群以血瘀、气郁、阴虚体质为多。健康人群转为亚健康,中医体质随之变化。在进行体质状态调理时,需将偏颇体质逐渐转化为平和体质。

[ Objective ] Investigation and analysis of nurses health situation and the relationship between physical type of medicine. [ Methods ] Using ＂Chinese constitution classification and judgment＂ and the ＂subhealth state somatic symptom checklist＂ Dongguan City Hospital medical center to receive medical clinical departments of the hospital nurse questionnaire, including age, gender, height, weight, marital, nationality, origin, department; habits and hobbies： eating habits, sleeping habits, exercise habits, hobbies; medical history, allergies, physical condition one week recently. Questionnaire on the spot payment and timely recovery. [ Results ] Healthy population accounted for 57.10% peace constitution; biased constitution accounted for 42.90%. Health groups in the peace constitution accounted for 13.80%; biased constitution accounted for 86.20%. Patients with diseases, accounting for 26.50% peace constitution; biased constitution accounted for 73.50%. [ Conclusion ] Health care providers, mostly peaceful constitution, health groups and disease populations in stasis, qi, yin constitution as much. Healthy people into sub-health, TCM constitution changes. Physical state during conditioning, need to be biased constitution gradually transformed into peace constitution.
