摘要
目的:探讨成人型多囊肾的CT诊断价值。材料与方法:回顾性分析15例成人型多囊肾患者的CT表现及临床表现资料。结果:15例均可见双肾满布无数个大小不等之囊性低密度影,囊腔内出血2例,囊壁钙化5例,伴肾结石9例,伴胰腺囊肿2例,伴多囊肝5例。结论:成人型多囊肾具有特征性的CT征象,CT多能准确诊断。
Purpose： Evaluation of CT in the diagnosis of Adult Polycystic Kidney（APCKD）. Materials and Methods： We reviewed the CT diagnosis and clinical performance of 15 patients with adult polycystic kidney. Results： Is 15 all it is thus clear that the double kidney studdeds with numerous sizes etc. not of bag the low density copy, 2 cases with hematoma in the cysts, 8 cases with renal calcifications, 9 cases with renal stone, 2 cases with pancreaticcyst, 5 cases with polycystic liver. Conclusion： Adult Polycystic Kidney have characteristic CT to advertise for elephant, the CT is many ability accurate diagnosis.
