肾上腺成熟性畸胎瘤B超表现并文献回顾

Adrenal Mature Teratoma:B Ultrasound Manifestation and Literature Review

目的：探讨肾上腺成熟性畸胎瘤的B超表现。材料与方法：收集分析经手术病理证实的4例肾上腺成熟性畸胎瘤的B超资料。结果：4例资料均发生于右侧肾上腺，最大直径4．3—9．5cm，肿瘤分别表现为以脂肪回声、水样回声或囊实混杂性回声的肿块影，肿块有假包膜，轮廓光整清楚，囊内回声不均，透声较差，囊后壁回声增强，肿块内有时可见分隔。结论：肾上腺成熟性畸胎瘤虽然不多见，但其B超表现具有一定特征性，首先应准确定位，多维切面观察，避免误诊。

Purpose： To discuss the B ultrasound manifestation of ad renal mature teratoma. Materials and Meth- ods： The clinical data of 4 cases with adrenal mature teratoma proved by surgery and pathology were collected and analyzed. Results： The teratoma in the 4 cases were all located in the right adrenal gland, the largest diameter was 4. 3 - 9. 5cm; the manifestations were masses in fat echo , water echo, or the mixed echo, the masses with fake envelope and smooth rim, the echo is uneven and sound permeability is poor in cyst, the posterior wallg echo enhances, sometimes there is partition in the masses. Conclusion ： The adrenal mature teratoma is rare, but the B ultrasound manifestation of Adrenal mature teratoma is of certain characteristic features, first accurate location and multi-dimension observation can prevent from making misdiag- nosis.
