构建和谐社会是一个系统工程,和谐是一种伦理价值追求,因此,从伦理学入手就能强化社会公德的基础,而今,公民道德滑坡,道德秩序紊乱,加强公民道德势在必行。强化社会主义核心价值体系的教育,是社会公德建设的伦理基础,有利于更好地构建和谐社会。

For the citizen moral landslide and moral disorder at the present time, strengthening the construction of the social morals is ur- gent.
