青海省东部地区城镇化建设中失地农民问题研究

The Reasearch on the Land-lost Peasants' Problems in Urbanization Construction in Eastern Qinghai Area

本文就青海省东部地区城镇化建设过程中出现的失地农民补偿、安置、保障等利益问题进行讨论,结合现状分析原因,提出相关对策和建议,以期为保障失地农民的合法权益提供参考和借鉴。

The article discusses the compesation, placement, security and some other benefits prob- lems of land--lost peasants in the process of urbanization. Combing with the status quo, it analyzes the reasons, poses the relevant countermeasures and advice to supply some references for the gurantee of land- lost peasants~ lawful rights and interests.
