摘要
本文在阐述了研究生激励机制的内涵、作用的基础上,结合笔者研究生管理工作实际经验,分析了研究生激励机制实际应用过程中存在的缺陷,探讨了在培养机制改革中研究生激励机制的优化途径。
Based on the elaboration of the function of connotation, postgraduate incentive mechanism, combined with the author's graduate management work experience, analyzes the defects of the incentive mechanism of graduate students in the process of actual application, discusses the training incentive mecha- nism of mechanism reform of the optimization approach.
