摘要
我国普通高校武术高水平运动队经过20多年的建设和发展,在学校竞技体育人才的培养、运动员学生向学生运动员转变等方面进行了有益探索。然而,在近2轮对普通高校武术高水平运动队的评估过程中发现,原有的评估指标及其权重有些已经跟不上形势的发展,其体系需要进一步完善,更具针对性。采用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈、数理统计分析等研究方法,对我国普通高校武术高水平运动队评估指标及其权重进行了研究,获得了包括6个一级指标、21个二级指标及64个三级指标及其权重的评估指标体系,经过有效性检验,可以在我国普通高校武术高水平运动队的评估工作中应用。
After 20 years of construction and development, high-level martial arts teams in regular universities have made useful attempts in fostering sports talents and transferring from athletes student to student athletes. However, after the last two evaluations of high-level martial arts teams in regular universities, we found that some of the orig- inal assessment indicators and their weights lagged behind the development of the situation, and the system needed to be further improved and more targeted. Using the methods of literature, questionnaire, expert interviews, statis- tical analysis, we analyzed the assessment indicators and their weights of high-level martial arts teams in regular u- niversities and obtained an evaluation index system which included 6 first-grade indexes, 21 second-grade indexes and 64 third-grade indexes and their weights. After validity test, it can be applied in the assessment of high-level martial arts teams in regular universities.
