自身上釉和抛光对瓷表面结构的影响

Porcelain surface characteristics of autoglazed versus polished

目的 通过扫描电镜观察和临床菌斑指数的检查 ,评价磨具打磨后自身上釉和抛光对金瓷修复体瓷表面光洁度及其上菌斑聚集程度的影响。方法 实验分四组 ,每组按实验条件用磨具将瓷表面处理 ,然后三组自身上釉 ,一组抛光。结果 扫描电镜观察见自身上釉的三组样本瓷表面光洁度高于瓷表面抛光组 ,瓷表面菌斑较少。结论 自身上釉可获得高度光滑的瓷表面光洁度 ,菌斑附着少。而抛光使瓷表面较粗糙 ,菌斑聚集较多 。

Objective This study compared the porcelain surface characteristics between autoglazed and polished porcelain surfaces by use of a scanning electron microscopy(SEM). Gingival reponse to porcelain surface roughness was observed in the clinical application.Methods Four groups in this study,each consisting of 5 porcelain fused to Ni Cr alloy specimens were divided.Three groups were autoglazed after two of them subjected to griding by various diamond burs and the third ground by Shofu Porcelain Adjustment Kit.The porcelain surface of the fourth group was polished by Shofu polish system.After a month in cemented,the numbers of plaque index(PLI) on the metal ceramic restoration were all counted.Results The SEM showed porcelain surface smoothnese of the three autoglazed groups were considered better than the polished.Conclusion The numbers of PLI on the polished dental porcelain are significantly higher than that of the autoglazed.
