TSGF在口腔颌面部肿瘤中的检测及其临床意义

The detection of TSGF in oral and maxillofacial tumor patients and clinical significance

目的 研究恶性肿瘤特异生长因子 (TumorSpecificGrowthFactor ,TSGF)在口腔颌面部肿瘤检测中的意义。方法 对 73例口腔颌面部肿瘤患者 (良性 37例 ,恶性 36例 )和 41例正常人血清进行了TSGF检测。结果 恶性肿瘤组TSGF水平高于正常对照组和良性肿瘤组 (P <0 .0 1)。在恶性肿瘤组中第三期TSGF值最高。恶性肿瘤组阳性率达到 77.78%。结论 血清TSGF检测对口腔颌面部肿瘤的诊断和预后判断有一定意义 。

Objective To study the value of TSGF detection in oral and maxillofacial tumor diagnosis. Methods Serum TSGF levels in 73 cases of oral and maxillofacial tumor patients(37 cases of benign tumor and 36 cases of malignant tumor) and 41 cases of normal have been measured in our study. Results The serum TSGF level of malignant tumor group were higher than that of the normal and the benign groups( P < 0.01 ).The level of TSGF was the highest in stage 3 in malignant tumor patients.The positive rates was 77.78% in malignant tumor patients. Couclusion It indicates that detection of TSGF is significant for the diagnosis and judegement of prognosis of oral and maxillofacial tumor,it can be used as worthy tumor marker.
