摘要 目的优选柴胡疏肝软胶囊的内容物组成及囊壳胶液配比。方法采用单因素平行试验对软胶囊内容物组成(浸膏粒度、基质、润湿剂、助悬剂)筛选,通过正交试验对囊壳胶液的配比进行优选。结果优选的软胶囊内容物组成质量比为浸膏粉∶大豆油∶蜂蜡∶司盘-80=1∶1∶0.1∶0.04,囊壳胶液的质量比为明胶∶甘油∶水=1∶0.45∶1.2。结论制得的软胶囊内容物组成合理,均一性、流动性及稳定性好,所确定的胶液配比合理,适合于工业化生产。 Objective To optimize the composition and glue ratio parameters of Chaihu Shugan soft capsules. Methods Single factor parallel experiments were designed to select proportion of the contents (particle size, matrix, wetting agent, suspending agent). Orthogonal test was applied to screen the best composition of soft capsule gel. Results The optimal weight ratio of the contents was as follows: extracts powder-soybean oil- beeswax-span 80 = 1 : 1 : 0.1 : 0.04. The best proportion of capsule gel was : gel-glycerol-water = 1 : 0.45 : 1.2. Conclusion The contents of Chaihu Shugan soft capsules are reasonable, and their homogeneity, liquidity and stability are good. The proportions of gel are reasonable and the ending-shaping process is suitable for industrialization.
