摘要
目的设计合成7,8-二甲氧基-2(1H)-喹啉酮-3-甲酸甲酯。方法以简单易得的香兰素为原料,通过乙酰化、硝化、甲基化、还原及缩合5步反应进行合成。结果合成得到的目标化合物经1H-NMR、13CNMR、IR确证为7,8-二甲氧基-2(1H)-喹啉酮-3-甲酸甲酯。结论 7,8-二甲氧基-2(1H)-喹啉酮-3-甲酸甲酯是一种具有潜在药理活性的新型喹诺酮衍生物,未见文献报道。
Objective To design and synthesis 7,8-dimethoxy-2 ( 1H ) -quinolinone-3-formic acid methyl ester. Methods Vanillin as raw material, the target product was synthesized by the acetylation reaction, nitrification reaction, methylation reaction, reduction reaction and condensation reaction. Results 7,8 -dimethoxy-2 ( 1 H) - quinolinone-3-formic acid methyl ester was synthesized and its structure was characterized by 1H-NMR,13 C- NMR and IR. Conclusion 7,8 -dimethoxy-2 ( 1 H)-quinolinone-3-formic acid methyl ester is a new quinolone derivatives with potential pharmacological activity,which has never been reported.
