摘要
目的 建立尖嘴林檎叶的质量标准,以评价和控制其质量.方法 采用薄层色谱法对尖嘴林檎叶进行定性鉴别,采用高效液相色谱法测定尖嘴林檎叶中槲皮素的质量分数.结果 建立了尖嘴林檎叶中芦丁、槲皮素的薄层色谱鉴别方法;建立了高效液相色谱法测定尖嘴林檎叶中槲皮素的质量分数.槲皮素在0.086 7 ~0.607 6μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r=l(n=7),平均加样回收率为97.0%,RSD为2.4%.结论 建立的方法简便、准确,为尖嘴林檎叶的药材鉴定、质量标准完善提供了依据.
Objective To establish the quality standard of Malus doumeri (Bois) A. Chevalier to evaluate and control its quality. Methods TLC identification was employed, and the content of quercetin was determined by HPLC. Results Quercetin and rutin' s TLC identification was established. The content of quercetin in Malus doumeri (Bois) A. Chevalier was determined by HPLC. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0. 086 7 - 0. 607 6 μg( r = 1, n = 7 ) and the average recovery was 97.0% with RSD of 2.4%. Conclusion These methods were simple and accurate, which could he used for the identification and quality control of Malus doumeri (Bois) A. Chevalier.
