东风桔止咳化痰作用及有效部位的筛选 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究东风桔乙醇提取物止咳化痰作用及探讨东风桔有效部位。方法东风桔药材经95%乙醇提取浓缩后,分成高、中、低剂量组和不同萃取部位组,采用小鼠浓氨水喷雾法、二氧化硫致小鼠咳嗽法、气管段酚红法分别进行止咳化痰的药效研究。结果在浓氨水喷雾法模型和二氧化硫致咳的模型中,东风桔乙醇提取物高、中剂量组、氯仿、正丁醇部位均能够延长氨水引咳的咳嗽潜伏期;在化痰的实验研究中,东风桔乙醇提取物高剂量组、氯仿部位及正丁醇部位的酚红浓度较高。结论乙醇提取物、氯仿部位及正丁醇部位有一定的止咳化痰作用。 Objective To study the effect of Atalantia buxifolia ethanol extract and different extracts on relieving cough and phlegm. Methods Atalantia buxifolia was extracted by 95% ethanol, and the extract was divided into three different concentrations including high, medium and low dosage, and different extracted groups including petroleum ether, chloroform, ethyl acetate, n-butanol and water. The murine models of concentrated ammonia spraying and sulfur dioxide-induced coughing were established. Tracheal phenol red method was used to study the pharmacodynamics of cough and phlegm. Results In the concentrated ammonia spraying and sulfur dioxide-induced cough models,Atalantia buxifolia ethanol extract with the high dose group and chloroform, n-butanol extract were able to prolong the ammonia-induced cough latent period and reduce the frequency of cough. In the experiment of phlegm, the concentration of phenol red was increased in the high dose group of ethanol, and chloroform and n-butanol extract compared with the control group. Conclusion Ethanol extract, chloroform and n-butanol parts show an expectorant effect on relieving cough and phlegm.
