共青团干部教育培训创新模式探讨

ON THE EDUCATIONAL TRAINING OF THE CYL LEADERS: INNOVATIVE MODES

共青团干部教育培训是培养党和国家合格建设者和可靠接班人的重要途径,历来受到党的高度重视,团中央也十分重视和积极开展工作。现阶段共青团干部教育培训状况总体上说"喜中有忧",找出存在的问题以及存在问题的原因,从培训理念、培训内容、培训方式、培训基地建设和培训管理机制五个方面提出团干部教育培训创新模式的构想,以期对团干部教育培训工作有所促进。

The educational training of the CYL （Communist Youth League） leaders, as an important way to cultivate qualified builders and reliable successors of the CPC （Communist Party of China） and the country, has been a high profile task for the Party as well as for the League. At the present stage, it＇s undergoing a worrying phase, generally speaking, ＂mixed with hope and fear＂. It is essential to identify existing problems and their roots, in order to improve the work of this program, innovative modes are proposed from five aspects of training： concept, content, method, base development and management system.
