摘要
20世纪30年代由前俄罗斯心理学家维果茨基提出的"最近发展区"理论指出了教学、学习与发展之间的密切联系。它启示我们在进行中学英语教学时应该因"材"施教、兼顾全体、补充个体、共同进步、培养学生主观能动性。
The theory "Zone of Proximal Development (ZPD)", proposed by Russian psychologist Vygotsky in 1930s, indicates the close relationship among teaching, learning and development. It implicates that middle school English teaching should be in accordance with students "aptitudes", pay attention to the entire elass, facilitate the individuals, promote the common progress and cultivate their subjective initiative.
