祛毒复肝汤治疗慢性乙型肝炎E抗原阳性40例

40 Cases of Chronic Hepatitis B with HBeAg Positive Type Treated by Qudufugan Decoction

运用祛毒复肝汤治疗 E抗原阳性的慢性乙型肝炎 40例 ,通过观察肝功能复常、E抗原滴度及阴转 ,治疗 6个月 ,总有效率与显效率分别达 72 .5 %、45 % ,与干扰素疗效相当。

cases of chronic hepatitis B with HBeAg positive type were treated by Qudufugan Decoction.Live function normalization rate,HBeAg titers and seroconversion rate were reviewed after six months' treatment.The result showed that the total effective rate was 72.5% and the remarkably effective rate was 45%.The effect was as good as that of interferon therapy.
