摘要 目的:研究延龄草TrilliumtschonoskiiMaxim.根及根茎中的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶、聚酰胺、反相硅胶C18和SephadexLH-20柱色谱对延龄草70%乙醇提取物进行分离纯化。用质谱、核磁等波谱学方法确定化合物结构。结果:从延龄草乙酸乙酯和正丁醇部位分离纯化了12个化合物,分别鉴定为:7,11-二甲基-3-亚甲基-10,11-二羟基-1,6-十二碳二烯二醇(1)、2,6,10-三甲基2,10-二羟基.6-十二碳烯二醇(2)、3,7,11-三甲基-3,9,11-三羟基-1,6-十二碳二烯三醇(3)、对羟甲基-苯甲醇(4)、△-20/3F,22aF,25F螺甾烯-3/3,21d-二醇(5)、2-甲基-3,4-二羟基-己二酸(6)、a—L-吡喃鼠李糖(7)、epitrillenogenin-24—O-acetate-1—0-[2,3,4,-tri-0-acetyl-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→2)-仅-L—arabinopyranoside](8)、epitrillenogenin-24—0-acetate-1-α2,4,-di-0-acetyl-α-L—rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)α—L-arabinopyranoside](9)、epitrillenogenin10-[2,3,4,-tri-0-acetyl—d—L—rhamnopyranosyl-(1—}2)-d-L—arabinopyranoside](10)、epitrillenogenin-1—O-[2,4,-di-0-acetyl-α-L—rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-α-L—arabinopyranoside](11)、epitrillenoge-nin-1—0-E4—0-acetyl—α-L—rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-d—L-arabinopyranoside](12)。结论:其中,化合物4—6为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物1—3、11、12为首次从该种植物中分离得到。 Objective :To investigate the chemical constituents in the roots and rhizome of Trillium tschonoskii. Methods :The roots and rhizome of Trillium tschonoskii were extracted with 70% ethanol and purified by polyamide, silica gel, RP-C18 and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. Chemical structures were identified by MS, 1D and 2D NMR experiments. Results:Twelve compounds were i- solated and identified from the ethyl acetate and n-butanol as 7,11-dimethyl-3-methylene-10,11-dihdroxyl-1,6-dodecadien-diol( 1 ) ,2, 6,10-trimethyl-2,10-dihdroxyl-6-dodecene-diol ( 2 ), 3,7,11 -trimethyl-3,9,11 -trihydroxyl-1,6-dodecadiene-glycerol ( 3 ), p-hydroxym- ethyl-benzyl alcohol ( 4 ), 20flF, 22aF, 25 aF-spirostan-5,13-ene-3fl, 21 α-diol ( 5 ), 2-methyl-3,4-dihydroxy-hexanedioic acid ( 6 ), α-L- rhamnopyranosyl ( 7 ), epitrillenogenin-24-O-acetate-l-O-[ 2,3,4,-tri-O-acetyl-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-( 1 → 2 ) -α-L-arabinopyranoside ] ( 8 ), epitrillenogenin-24-O-acetate-l-O-[ 2,4,-di-O-acetyl-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-2) -α-L-arabinopyranoside ] ( 9 ), epitrillenogenin- 1-0-[ 2,3,4, -tri-O-acetyl-ct-L-rhamnopyranosyl- ( 1 →2 ) -α-L-arabinopyranoside ] ( 10 ), epitrillenogenin-l-O-[ 2,4,-di-O-acetyl-a-L- rhamnopyranosyl- (1→2) -ct-L-arabinopyranoside ] ( 11 ) and epitrillenogenin-1-0- [ 4-O-acetyl-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl- ( 1→2 ) -ct-L-arabi- nopyranoside ] (12). Conclusion: Compounds 4 - 6 are isolated from this genus for the first time, compounds 1 - 3,11,12 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
