摘要
目的:对赤芍抑制门P1B酶活性的有效部位化学成分进行研究。方法:通过Sephadex LH-20富集赤芍有效部位,用各种色谱技术对该部位化学成分进行分离,通过波谱分析等鉴定结构。结果:从该部位分离得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为:苯甲酰芍药苷(1)、白芍苷(2)、芍药吉酮(3)、没食子酸甲酯(4)、腺苷(5)、2-氨基腺苷(6)、3,3’-O-二甲基鞣花酸(7)、3,3’,4-O-三甲基鞣花酸(8)、二氢山柰酚(9)、丙三醇(10)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(11)。结论:其中,化合物5~11为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of the PTP 1B inhibitory effective parts of Paeoniae Rubra Radix. Meth- ods : The effective part of Paeoniae Rubra Radix was enriched by Sephadex LH-20. Compounds were isolated by various column chroma- tography and their structures were elucidated through spectroscopic analysis. Results:Thirteen compounds were identified as:benzoyl- paeoniflorin( 1 ),albiflorin(2) ,paeoniflorigenone(3),methyl gallate(4),adenosine(5),2-amino adenosine(6),3,3'-Di -O-methylel- lagic acid ( 7 ), 3,3',4 -trimethyl ellagie acid ( 8 ), dihydrokaempferol ( 9 ), glycerol ( 10 ), dibutyl phthalate ( 11 ). Conclusion : Compounds 5 - 11 are obtained from this plant for the first time.
