摘要
目的评价已建立的医院感染绩效考核指标体系的实际应用效果。方法根据医院感染绩效考核指标体系内容设计调查问卷表,采用随机抽样方法抽取某地区2所三级甲等医院120名医务人员进行问卷调查,根据调查结果对指标体系的重测信度及内容效度进行评价;对使用医院感染绩效考核指标体系前后,医务人员对绩效考核工作的满意度及医院感染管理质量进行比较分析。结果指标体系总体上具有较好的信度(总的克朗巴赫α系数为0.914、重测信度为0.937);指标体系符合专家的共识和认同,具有较好的内容效度;在使用医院感染绩效考核体系后,医院感染控制质量和医务人员对绩效考核工作满意度均有明显提高,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论建立的医院感染绩效考核指标体系具有较好的信度和效度,运用医院感染绩效考核指标体系,可有效提高医院感染管理质量和医务人员对绩效考核工作的满意度。
Objective To test the actual application effect of performance appraisal index system of hospi -tal infection .Methods According to the index system , 120 medical personnel were selected randomly in two terti-ary hospitals to be investigated with questionnaire .Then the test-retest reliability and content validity were tested according to survey results , and the management quality of hospital infection and satisfaction of the medical staff were analyzed before and after the index system applied .Results The index system was of good reliability (αcoefficient of total was 0.914, the test-retest reliability was 0.937 ) and good content validity; the quality of hospital infection control and satisfaction of medical staff were obviously improved after the application of the index system (P&lt;0.05).Conclusion The index system is of good reliability and validity , and the application of it can improve the management quality .
