Medical Income Increase Types Analysis of Clinical Department in a Military Hospital

目的通过对军队医院临床科室2012年医疗收入的增长要素统计分析,归纳多种不同的收入增长类型特点,为临床科室健康运营及可持续发展提供有效指导。方法应用多元函数全增量因素分析法、床位利用指数分析法和疑难危重率与次均住院费用关联对比法。结果临床科室医疗收入增长呈现医疗数量增长型、病种费用增长型、单纯费用增长型、综合增长型。讨论不同的收入增长类型适用于不同的科室建设发展时期。

Objective Through statistical analysis of the medical income growth elements of military hospi-tal clinical departments in 2012 , to summarize the different types of income growth , and provide effective guidance of sustainable development for clinical departments .Methods We used multivariate function the incremental fac-tors analysis , bed utilization index analysis and difficult critically ill rate and time are hospitalized costs associated correlation method .Results The medical income growth of clinical departments present medical quantity growth , disease cost growth , pure cost growth and comprehensive growth .Conclusion Different types of income growth are suitable for construction development period of different departments .
