落实和推进军队物资采购改革,是推进全成本核算的重要环节。本文从物资集中采购管理的必要性入手,分析军队医院物资集中采购存在的主要问题,在此基础上,根据"分段管理、分工负责"的原则提出加强物资集中采购规范管理的基本路径。

The reform of the military material purchase is an important link to promote total cost account-ing .The author analyzed the necessity and the main problems of material centralized purchase management in mili -tary hospital, then proposed the purchase principle as “Subsection management , responsible for the division”.
