摘要
本文针对灾害医学救援中伤员信息采集和管理过程存在的问题,从伤员卡的研究设计和运用入手,进一步探析伤员信息的采集、运转和管理模式,以增强医疗机构的救治水平,为灾害医学救援卫勤指挥决策提供信息支持。
The problems in the collecting and managing the wounded information were analyzed in the dis-aster medical relief .From the angle of design and application of the wounded card were discussed in disaster medi-cal relief operation , in order to enhance the medical institutions treatment level , provide information support of de-cision making of disaster medical relief .
