摘要
军队大型医院的性质及所承担的任务特征,决定其对院内外相关情况"全面掌控、迅速反应、及时处置"的需求特点。解放军总医院着眼自身工作特点和任务需求,以及未来建设发展需要,启动应急指挥中心项目建设工作,建成一个集平时、战时和各类应急情况下能够遂行综合组织指挥功能的集成调控平台。医院探索出一条依托自身力量,借用外部资源来建设管理信息化系统的新路。
The nature and duty of lager military hospitals determine that they must of the abilities as full control , rapid response and timely disposal to the incident around the hospital .Focusing on the characteristics and requirements of working , mission and future development of the PLA general hospital , a hospital emergency com-mand center was constructed , which was an integrated control platform that can carry out comprehensive organiza-tion and command functions under all kinds of emergency situations in the peacetime or wartime .
