摘要
本文立足于新时期军队医院科研发展的需要,对某军队医院科研工作现状及存在问题进行分析探讨,并针对各方面的问题给予相应的对策建议,以期促进医院科研管理工作的改进。
Based on the needs of developing military hospital scientific research in the new period , the present situation of the work and existing problems of scientific research were discussed in a military hospital , and the countermeasures were suggested .
