摘要
以贵州某铝土矿为研究对象开展反浮选脱硅的试验研究,其中原矿含氧化铝61.55%,氧化硅10.99%、铝硅比为5.60。根据条件试验,确定了最佳药剂制度,结合其碎磨特性,最终确定采用阶段磨矿、阶段选别的流程,可获得精矿回收率80.33%、铝硅比10.07的良好指标。
This paper studied the removal of silicate by reverse flotation from bauxite ore from Guizhou province which contains 61.55% A1203,10.99% Si02, and of which the ratio of A12O3 to SiO2 is 5.60. The optimum reagent system was determined by conditional tests. According to its eomminution characteristics, the final process of staged - grinding and staged - flotation was used, and a concentrate with a recovery of 80.33% and a A/S ratio of 10.07 was obtained.
