摘要 SLon立环脉动高梯度磁选机利用磁力、脉动流体力和重力的综合力场分选弱磁性矿石,具有富集比大、选矿效率高、设备可靠性高、选矿生产成本低、适应面广、设备作业率高、使用寿命长、易安装和检修工作量小的优点。该机在氧化铁矿、钛铁矿、铬铁矿、锰矿、钨矿选矿和在非金属可除铁提纯工业中得到了广泛的应用。重点介绍该设备在多种金属矿选矿方面的应用。 SLon vertical ring and pulsating high gradient magnetic separator (SLon VPHGMS) utilizes the combined force field of magnetism, pulsating fluid and gravity to continuously separate weakly magnetic minerals. It is equipped with unique pulsating mechanism and possesses the advantages of large beneficiation ratio, high concentration efficiency, high equipment reliability, low production cost ,wide adaptation, high operation efficiency, long service life, easy installation and small maintenance workload. It has been widely used for processing iron oxides, ilmenite, chromite, manganese ores, tungsten ores and removing iron impurities from nonmetallic ores. In this paper, the application of SLon VPHGMS for processing several metallic ores was introduced.
