Method to Determine Contours of Cutter Arm and Setting Angle of Cutter Tooth of Cutter Suction Dredger

在总结现有绞吸式挖泥船绞刀臂设计经验的基础上,通过曲线拟合回归获得绞刀臂轮廓线的通用方程;探索通过空间直线投影确定绞刀齿安装方向的新方法,并给出确定绞刀齿安装角的通用公式,可供后续绞吸式挖泥船绞刀的优化设计参考。

By summarizing the cutter design experiences of the existing cutter suction dredger, the curve fitting regression is adopted to get the universal equation of cutter arm contour. Meanwhile, some researchers are made to get the method which projects space straight line to determine the setting direction of cutter tooth. In addition, the universal formula of cutter tooth setting angle is created, which will provide references for the cutter design optimization of cutter suction dredger.
