国有林场林权纠纷的分析与对策——以宣州区为例

Analysis on the Forest Tenure Disputes Facing the State-owned Forest Farm and Coping Strategies --A Case Study of Xuanzhou District

随着林地和林木资源的不断增值，国有林场与周边村民之间的林权纠纷时有发生，不但严重影响和制约了国有林场工作的正常开展，同时也影响了林区的和谐、稳定。本文通过对宣州区国有林场林权纠纷情况的专题调研，分析国有林场林权纠纷的特点及产生的原因，提出解决的对策。

With the constant appreciation of forestland and forest resources, forest tenure disputes between the state-owned forest farm and neighboring villagers occurred sometimes, which seriously affected and restricted the normal operation of the state-owned forest farm and had an impact on harmony and stability of the forest region. In this paper a special investigation was conducted into the forest tenure disputes facing the state-owned forest farms in Xuanzhou District and the features and causes of the disputes were analyzed. Some copying strategies were put forward.
