潘文安是我国著名的职业教育家,在职业指导领域享有盛誉,他长期担任中华职业教育社副主任,期间他奔走讲演,积极投身职业指导实践活动,同时还进行职业指导的理论研究。在对职业指导进行实践总结和理论探讨的基础上,撰写了大量著作和论文,他十分重视各级各类学校的职业指导,关注职业训练和服务指导,为建构我国早期的职业指导理论体系和开展职业指导运动作出了卓越贡献。

Pan Wenan is a famous vocational educator. He enjoys high reputation in the field of voca- tional guidance. He long serves as associate dean of the National Association of Vocational Education. He runs and delivers the speech, active in vocational guidance practice and research into its theory. On this ba- sis, he writes a lot of books and papers. He attaches great importance to vocational guidance of all types of schools at all levels, pays attention to occupation training and guidance. He makes important contribution on vocational guidance theory and practice in early China.
