摘要
在高等工科教育国际化趋势越来越清晰的背景下,针对目前我国工科毕业生实践能力和创新能力明显不足、在国际竞争中处于劣势地位这一现状,通过实践教学实践,提出借鉴和采用发达国家的教育模式和理念、改革实践教学方式方法、实施CDIO工程教育模式是提高人才培养质量的有效途径。
China's engineering graduates are clearly insufficient for the practice and innovative ability and they are at a disadvantage in the international competation in the context of that the internationali- zation of higher engineering education has become increasingly clear. In response to the situation, this paper proposes that learning and adopting the mode of education and philosophy of the developed coun- tries, reforming teaching ways and methods in practice, and carrying out the model of the CDIO engi- neering education is an effective way to improve the quality of personnel training.
