摘要
目的 研究东方田鼠天然抗日本血吸虫抗体及其 Ig G亚类。方法 采用 EL ISA试验 ,分别检测室内繁殖的东方田鼠、Balb/ c和昆明种小鼠血清中 8种抗童虫 (SSA)、抗成虫 (SAWA)和抗虫卵 (SEA)抗体及 Ig G亚类。结果 首次发现东方田鼠抗 - SSA Ig G3水平明显高于 Balb/ c和昆明种小鼠 ,分别为后者的 1.44倍和 1.5 5倍 ,而抗 - SAWA Ig G3和抗 - SEA Ig G3水平则无明显增高。结论 东方田鼠体内确实存在天然抗日本血吸虫抗体 。
