摘要
基于QFD方法,对产品设计因素与设计的可制造性需求之间的关联关系进行了研究。构建了产品可制造性需求转换模型,并针对产品设计的各阶段建立了层次展开模型。分析了该模型的应用,将可制造性需求转换成对设计因素的要求,据此对设计目标进行调整与优化。
Based on the quality function deployment (QFD), the relationship between the design and manufactur- ability of product was studied. The translation model for the manufacturing requirements and the hierarchy model for each design stage were presented, and the requirements of product manufacturability were translated into the per- formance of design elements, then the design goal was adjusted and optimized.
