血清LDH、HBDH与急性淋巴细胞白血病患者临床生物学特征的关系

Exploration of the Relation between Serum LDH and HBDH and the Clincal Biological Features in Acute Lymphoma Leukemia Patients

目的 探讨乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)及γ -羟丁酸脱氢酶 (HBDH)与成人急性淋巴细胞白血病 (ALL)的临床生物学特征及预后的关系。方法 对 5 4例初诊ALL、2 4例复发ALL、36例缓解ALL血清LDH和HBDH及免疫分型进行分析。结果 LDH和HBDH间具正相关性 ,敏感性无差别 ;ALL和复发者的LDH阳性率明显高于缓解者 ,它们的LDH值也明显高于缓解者和正常健康者 ,且差别有显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ;免疫分型分析显示LDH增高多见于B系ALL ;LDH越高 ,白血病缓解率越低。结论 LDH和HBDH可预测白血病的发生和转归及成为评价白血病预后的指标。

Objective To evaluate the relation between LDH and HBDH and the clinical biological features and prognosis of adult ALL.Methods Serum LDH and HBDH and immunological types were analized in 54 untreated ALL patients and 24 relapsed ALL patients and 36 remission ALL patients.Results There was positive relation in LDH and HBDH,however no significant difference in their sensitivity.The LDH positivity of untreated and relapsed ALL patients was higher than that of the remission. Their LDH value is significantly higher than that in the remission patients and the controls.Conclusion LDH and HBDH can predict the occurrence and outcome and become the parameter to evaluate prognosis of leukemia.
