Study of the Changes of T Cell Subgroup Levels in Patients with Graves Disease

目的 观察Graves病患者T细胞亚群水平变化。方法 运用间接免疫荧光法测定 19例Graves病患者CD3、CD4、CD8、Tγδ细胞水平变化。结果 CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8数值较正常对照组显著减低 (P <0 .0 1) ,CD8数值与正常对照组相比差别无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,Tγδ细胞较正常对照组显著升高 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 Graves病患者的细胞免疫失衡 ,尤其是Tγδ细胞异常增高可能为Graves病患者发病原因之一。

Objective To investigate the changes of T cell subgroup levels in Graves' disease to study the function of T cell subgroup in this disease. Methods We have essayed the changes of T cell subgroup in 19 patients with Graves' disease using indirect immuno-flurescence assay.Results The results were as follows:The levels of CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8 in patients decreased signifcantly in comparison with that in the control group ( P <0.01);meanwhile the level of CD8 in patients changed insignifcantly compared to that in the control group( P >0.05).The total number of T γ δ cell is very much higher than that in normal control group( P <0.01).Conclusion We think that the unbalance of the cell immunity,especially the abnormal elevation of T γ δ cell may be one of the pathogenic causes in Graves disease.
