胃肠道癌术后腹腔内化疗的价值

The value of intra-peritoneal chemotherapy after resection of gastro-interstinal cancer

目的 探讨腹腔内化疗的价值和方法。方法 回顾性分析 14例胃肠道癌术后的腹腔内化疗。结果 14例采用腹腔化疗 ,其中 2例死于肺转移 ,1例死于全身衰竭 ,余存活至今。结论腹腔内化疗能降低胃肠道癌术后的复发。

Objective To investigate the value and method of intra peritoneal chemotherapy(IPC). Methods The clinical data of IPC for 14 patients undergoing resection of gastro intesinal cancer were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among the 14 patients, 2 died of lung metastases and one died of MOF, and the remaining were alive still. Conclusions IPC could reduce the recurrence of gastro intestinal cnacer after operation.
