The purpose of MAC instruction of the Automotive Air-conditioner of European Union is to reduce emission of greenhouse gases from air-conditioner system in light model of commercial vehicles and passenger cars. This instruction has required that the GWP value of coolant must be lower than 150 for equipping new model of automobiles, which has came into European market since Jan. 1, 2013.
